Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact RAYM as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by RAYM.
